Suggest Treatment For Fever, Diarrhea, Vomiting And Stomach Pain
I have the stomach flu, I finally stopped throwing up and having diarreha around 11 am. it s currently almost 6pm...I m really sore and have a temp of 99.7 I haven t had anything to eat, only water today because I m still sick to my stomach. Is it safe to take tylenol?

You can use the tylenol , it would help with the mild temperature and any discomfort that you have.
Since a 4 hour window has passed since your symptoms, you can try a small amount of dry bland foods to see if you can tolerate it.
Probiotics , either with yogurt or on their own , would also help.
