Suggest Treatment For Fever, Diarrhea And Stiffness In The Neck
fever of 102 to 103 in 15yo who suffered concussion one week ago, but went to school and took math and other tests this week. One episode diarrhea two days ago and then fever w/o cough or stiff neck last pm. Right tonsil with erythema and small locus of exudate. Started Z pack and 2 hours later fever to 104.2 with fatigue, malaise and conjunctival injection. Started Tamiflu due to high fever and malaise. Any programs for reporting on the current status of infectious diseases in Carmel Valley high school students. Not sure whether flu vaccine given.

I really appreciate your concern, if this is the persistence high fever then it has to be ruled out for infection either bacteria or parasites and better to get done the blood test for this till it has to be taken care for hydration and fever, hope this information helps.
