Suggest Treatment For Fever And Vomiting After Injury

My son, 4years old had a fall two days ago, had a abrassion and bled for awhile. Bleeding stopped once we brought to clinic and doc said he is fine since he was still responding to questions. The next day he vomit twice but not excessively. He is still very active. I find his body slightly warm. Should I be worried? No more vomiting after the next day.

Hi...Thank you for consulting in Health Care magic. I understand that it was a abrasion of the head. You need not worry as he is active. Rather than body warmth...check the temperature and if it is more than 100F...give paracetamol in the prescribed dose. Hope my answer was helpful for you. I am happy to help any time. Further clarifications and consultations on Health care magic are welcome. If you do not have any clarifications, you can close the discussion and rate the answer. Wish your kid good health.
