General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
Welcome to health care magic,

Your daughter's fever and stomach pain must be evaluated further by proper examination and relevant tests.

If your daughter has ingested 3 or 4 drops of nail paint then it will not cause any harm to your child.

You can give her medicine to reduce fever but let her get diagnosed first or rule out stomach pathology first.

For which you can take her to pediatrician who will take complete medical history and order some routine blood works.

After that you can start appropriate treatment.

Regards,
