Suggest Treatment For Fever And Shoulder Pain

sir,
i am 47 years old male
since last night i am suffering from fever
i have pain in my right shoulder, elbowand right knee
reading of fever was 102.2
i have eaten two slices of breads and a cup of tea
followed by a crocin
please guide me what to do
i am a high b.p. patient and i am taking concor cor 2.5
my b.p is 80-120

Hi thanks for asking question.
You have fever with bone and joint pain mainly suggestive of some viral infection.
Do your CRP level.treat symptomatically.
Maintain hydration.take more water.
Eat more fruits and green vegetables.
Over the counter antipyretic and analgesic can be taken.
Take less salty diet.
Still joint pain is there then further work up done like RA factor estimation.
Just now don't worry much.
