Hi thanks for contacting HCM... Here according to reports your titre is high for typhoid antigen suggesting typhoid... And your respiratory symptoms like fever and cough are by bronchitis.... Chest x ray useful for it.... Now you have to start cefixime like antibiotic for minimum 7 days.... As you have typhoid take small diet with frequent interval.. Heavy meal avoided.... Fruits taken more.... Mashed potato , boiled chicken like semisolid food can be taken ... Non veg and junk foods avoided.... If respiratory congestion more then benadryl like antihistaminic drug can be taken.... If your respi symptoms increasing with more fever and cough chest x ray done for rule out pneumonia...
