Suggest Treatment For Fever And Coughs

My daughter has been sick since the day after Christmas she has been coughing and puking up well it look like spit.so I been giving her water and soups she holds it down as long as she isn t coughing and she is walking around talking playing but she ran a fever for just 1 day since she been sick and just a 46min ago she was coughing and puked up spit and a little bit of blood then her nose.started to bleed but it stop she hasn t been having any night or day hot to cold sweats so I m not sure what I should do

it may be mild viral infection. give symptomatic treatment. can give corex cough syrup. mantain her hydration record 6hourly temperature. she might be having polyp or rhinitis. can consult paedriatician.
