General & Family Physician 's  Response
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

Based on your description, it may be a viral illness but it would be difficult to definitely say if there are no symptoms pinpointing to a particular organ system eg cough/cold symptoms, abdominal symptoms etc

The use of the ibuprofen or tylenol, fluids and rest is appropriate and should be continued.

In most cases the symptoms continue for 1 to 2 weeks.

If there is any worsening or the symptoms continue beyond this time then you can consider seeing your doctor for assessment.

I hope this helps
