General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi welcome to health care magic....

According to history you should consult pulmonologist for following work up.....
-Blood pressure measurement
-Auscultation
-Chest x ray (might reveal consolidation and pneumonia can be there)
-Spirometry to rule out asthma or COPD like condition..
-CBC to look for eosinophilia or neutrophilia

With above investigation your diagnosis Will be clear...

So if bronchoconstriction there than you will be given short term steroid or bronchodilator nebulization along with maintainance Allegra M...

For chest infection like pneumonia suitable antibiotic given....

Take care...

Hope this will help...
