Suggest Treatment For Fatigue And Vertigo After Intercourse

i am 35 years old. just got married. i am lean and thin. I feel fatigue and weakness after sex. i feels my eyes sunken. my nerves stretched. my dark eye circles becomes more prominent . sometimes a bit vertigo and pinching sensation all over body. feels much sleepy and sleeps a lot and difficult to rise from bed. it persist for few days and cycle restarts again after sex. But now a days these symptoms are becoming more and more intense with passage of time.i took vitamins it works mildly but make me feel warm and uneasy. please advice me.

Hello ma'am and welcome.

Weakness and lethargy can be common during the menstrual period but due to your build and the loss of blood during the menstrual period I would recommend a check on all vitamin levels, calcium, and haemoglobin levels. Your doctor may also recommend testing other investigations he/she may find relevant, please do co-operate. Once the cause is found, correction will help you significantly.
