Suggest Treatment For Fatigue And Shortness Of Breath

Hello, I am experiencing weakness/fatigue...kinda feel like I drank 15 cups of coffee and am crashing...have slight shortness of breath (which seems to worsen if I talk) and kinda feel light headed and also have a dull ache...not really pain...in my left shoulder area. I am only 45 years old (female), but wonder do I need to worry about these symptoms as a possible heart attack? My heart rate (resting) is about 104.

please get CBC, ESR, LIPID PROFILE, LIVER PROFILE, PFTand X-ray chest done. Reason behind your shortness of breath and fatigue could be one of anemia, low oxygen saturation, or neutritional deficiency. rarely it could be due to heart alignment also. please let me know the results of above tests to suggest further line of treatment.
thanks
hope this help.
