Suggest Treatment For Fatigue After Passing Bowel Movements

Hello, I just have a quick question, I m a 24 year old male who was diagnosed with crohns disease 3 years ago. I m currently taking methotrexate once a week.. my question was after bowel movements I get extreme fatigue and my body temperature drops to a point where I m shaking from cold. Is this normal? Is there anyway to overcome this? Thanks in advance.

Hi Dear !! Thanks for your query to HCM .
Read and reviewed your query and health concerns.
You seems to suffer from -Methotrexate induced bonemarrow depression with secondary opportunistic infection causing sever fatigue.
Bowel movements could be laborious task for those on Methotrexate and hence needs to supported with high doses of Bplex with Folic Acid, to prevent bone marrow depression side effect in you.
Shaking from cold is due to Secondary bacteremia-caused after defecation due to mucosal erosions in cases with Methotrexate.
Physicians Consults and needful treatment is needed.
