Suggest Treatment For Eye Strain And Headache

Hi I am an employee who is working in BPO, this is basically a shift kind of job with 8 hours of working in front of the computer, my eyes are getting very much strained and my head becomes two much stress abd strain I am unable to concentrate on my other activities I have become totally dum. Also I am getting tummy growing day by day. Could you please suggest me the best solution and remedial action.

you are having computer vision syndrome. you have to take corrective measure for your posture correction. computer screen should be at your eye level. yo have to sit straight. put on anti glare specs,and put antiglaire screen before computer screen. apply artificial tear drop in between. don't sit continuously for long time can getup and roam in room and blink.
