Suggest Treatment For Eye Pain

hai there, my wife is having an eye pain. The pain is in the left eye. Just near christmas time, she had fever. The fever was there for almost a week. After the fever left her, there was pain in her left eye. I took her to a doctor. Then she took lot of medicines, she applied some liquid kind of medicines on her eye. The pain left her. Now after a week, in the second week of january, again she is having that same pain, dut to which her eye sight is not so good. It is a bit dim. It is not as clear as her right eye. She is now taking the same medicine that she took previously. Please give me information on how to get rid of this problem at the earliest. What should she eat. Please give me some suggestion, so that her eye gets back to normal at the earliest.she is 25 years old

HI
Well come to HCM
Chances of infection may be likely in my opinion this can be managed with antibiotic and analgesic orally, as well as eye drops, and the best option would be Tab Amoxicillin 500 mg three times in day, Tab Diclofenac 50 mg sustain release once in day, Diclofenac eye drops, and Neomycin eye drops, if the symptoms does not improved then it most advisable to see the expert ophthalmologist, hope this information helps, take care.
