Ophthalmologist 's  Response
Hello
It seems from the history that you are having eye pain and double vision. This can be seen in painful ophthalmoplegia.
Just close one eye and see if your are having double vision even with one eye open or whether you are having double vision only with both the eyes open. If you are having double vision with both the eyes open it confirms ophthalmoplegia and the cause lie in nerve which supplies the muscle.
Hence this requires evaluation by neurological examination and investigations like ct scan.
Hence I advice you to consult your doctor for examination and treatment accordingly.

Thank you
