Hello
It seems from the history that your aunt suffered a eye injury following which she is having swollen and bruised eye.
If the vision is fine and the eye proper is not affected then no need to worry.
The swelling is because of hematoma as a result of collection of blood in the layers of skin of eyelids.
The treatment is by use of antiinflammatory drugs and cold compression.

Thank you
