I see a floater in my left eye and have been told that my retina has thinned in my right eye considerably and have pockets of thinning retina in my left. I also feel that my right eye is heavy. Please advise on the treatments available and any vitamins I should take. Many thanks

refraction can be done. for keratoconus hard cotact lens can be used. lsik surgery is at times advised for keratoconus. iwill not subscribe for it. for thining of cornea only follow up can be done. preventive laser aplication can be planned to avoid retinal detachment.
