Suggest Treatment For Extreme Fatigue With Dry Coughs And Chest Pain

I am coughing up blood when I have elongated dry coughs. experiencing extreme fatigue. my back hurts, my chest hurts when I cough and my ankles hurt. no desire to eat (since jan 30th) and I feel exhausted. no runny nose but extreme bouts of the chills.

Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
As you describe it appears to be due to the tuberculosis infection,
The other possibilities may be the lower respiratory infection, bronciectasis,or secondary to the heart problem etc.
I advise you to consult a chest physician for diagnosis and treatment. You may need to have the X ray chest, A.E.C. sputum for A.F.B. etc.
