Suggest Treatment For Extreme Fatigue, Cough And Insomnia

my papa, is feeling weekness , age 65 ,stop to take food,, unable to identyfi reletive quickly. before 2 days he was looking towards calendar & murmuring something. he can t sleep long time. after 30 to 45 minute he gets up in bed . & seat on bed for long time. not watching up . keeping head down only. not talking much more by himself. to whom I counsult first? a phycian or a syctric? cough is also too much

Regarding your Papa symptoms of weakness insomnia amnesia cough I am suggesting that he is gradually developing a evolving stroke(cerebrovascular accident) with acute chest syndrome
In view of this please check his blood pressure and do the following test
CT SCAN OF THE BRAIN
LUMBER PUNCTURE TEST
LIVER FUNCTION
ECG
SPUTUM CULTURE
CHEST X-RAY
Meanwhile please let him see a neurologist specialist for further expect clinical assessment and adequate drug prescription
