Suggest Treatment For External Piles

I am suffering from external piles since last one month due to prolonged sitting in the office. I never had any constipation. Piles are not bleeding. I have taken alopathic medicine for one month. There is a relief but not completely cured. Is there any medicine for permanent cure?

Yes surgical removal is definitely a permanent cure. If its really hurting u should definitely go for removal of an external piles but before that u take sietz bath regularly, a couse of antibiotic and a laxative.
