Hi, i am Varun Joshi form Punjab, I am 24 years Old and lost Noticeable strength of hairs. I started having hair fall when I was 19. I used Minoxidil for almost 1.5 years as my doctor suggested but it stopped working after so I had to quit. Now it s been 1 year I am not using it. Please guide how to save my hairs.

Common causes of hair fall include androgenic androgenic alopecia, fungal infection, nutritional deficiency, alopecia areata (auto – immune), and cancer chemo/radiotherapy. I exclude cancer chemo/radiotherapy as a cause for you as you have not given any history of it. Treatment depends upon the cause, but the most common cause in young male is androgenic alopecia and unfortunately no reliable treatment medicine is available. Minoxidil promotes hair growth in some but not in all and it becomes ineffectual ultimately as in your case. Other mentioned causes are treatable but need correct diagnosis and treatment by speciailist.
Advise
1.     Consult a dermatologist of your area so that he/she can rule out other causes
2.     High protein and vitamin rich diet such as eggs, meat, vegetables, cheese etc
3.     Do not take much tension as anxiety/depression aggravates hair loss
4.     You can take Revital capsule once daily temporarily to correct any nutritional deficiency
5.     Hair transplantation is also an option for you
Best of luck!!
