Suggest Treatment For Excessive Abdominal Bloating And Hemorrhoids

I have been having problems pooping. I have hemmaroids which makes it very painful. I have had 8 colonoscopies and every time it comes back normal. I have excessive bloating and pain I have tried stool softener, apple cider vinegar, high fiber diets and I can never get relief. I am not a daily nor weekly drinker. The only time I feel better is when I go on vacation and drink tequila daily. Although it makes me feel better short term, I m not wanting to become a daily drinker. I can feel that I have to go, but it feels like 3-4 up is not able to push or move anything Help!

As you mentioned you have problem of abdominal bloting problem that may be because of intestinal infection or food intolerance or other reasons...
More fatty food consuption and eating fast also cause this type of symptoms...
Smoke and alcohol drinking also affect.
Irritable bowel syndrom may ruled out..
Consult a gastroenterologist for further diagnosis.
Avoid gaseous foods like cabbage,cauliflower, carbonated drinks etc..
Drink more water..
Chew a food properly so air not entrap.
For hemmorroid lignocain ointment apply before going toilet time..
Warm water sitz bath also helpful in hemorroids.
