Suggest Treatment For Erosions In Fundus And Duodenum

Hello This is Ravi, I have black dots which around my left eye and cheek, not sure what is the problem exactly. I did had dermabrasion but it did not work much, so any good doctor who can treat that well. Please let me know if you can help me on this, any dermatologist doctors in jp nagar/jaya nagar. Any help on this would be greatly appreciated.

Noted the history and understood your concerns.
You have 2 parts of questions: one about treatment of erosions in fundus and duodenum and another about the skin problem left eye and cheek which are present in spite of dermabrasion.
The first part of the question about erosions in stomach and duodenum.
I would advise you the following in such a case:
Soft bland diet in small frequent ways.
PPI like Omeprazole
Antacid every three hours.
Avoid stress and anxiety.
Repeat upper GI ENdoscopy after one month of treatment to see the results of this management.
Rest of the treatment as must have been advised by your Doctor.
About the skin problems: your can ask your Family Physician about the best Dermatologist in your area and city.
