I am a 28 year old male and i think i might have erectile dsyfuction. I ejaculate extremely quickly usually less than5 minutes and almost 90% semi hard when i have sexual intercorse.I do smoke but im not a big smoker maybe 5-6 cigarretes per day and i also do drink only on weekends seldom during the week.I have been advised to Mens clinics but the whole thing is disturbing to me yet its really affecting my relationship with my wife. i really need help
Many men ejaculate in less than five minutes, so this is likely not classified as premature ejaculation, which typically happens within seconds. If you are experiencing difficulty obtaining or maintaining an erection, I can see two problems immediately. One is smoking, which is any amount can contribute to erectile problems. Second, if you are trying to have sex while drinking alcohol, you will likely have erectile difficulties because of the alcohol. If you refrain from smoking and drinking and the problem persists, you should seek consultation with a urologist or psychiatrist, as this is generally a very treatable problem.
