Suggest Treatment For Erectile Dysfunction

I am interested in getting information for erectile dysfunction. The pills don t work and neither does the vacuum; The injection was doing great but now it s fifty/fifty when injecting. sometimes it work and other times it doesn t. I am a 66 African American male.

Thanks for your query,based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have problem of Erectile Dysfunction which does not respond to medications like Viagra or even penile injections.
Your problem of erectile dysfunction seems to be due to venous leak which can be confirmed only on further test like Colour Doppler ultrasound scanning of the penis.

If the problem of ED is proved to be due to venous leak or reduced arterial blood flow to penis you may need to go for Penile Implant Prosthesis so that you can have enjoyable sexual life .

Please consult qualified Urologist for evaluation and further treatment.
