Suggest Treatment For Erectile Dysfunction

Hi Doctor, I am 28 male, 6.2 tall with 98kg weight, married a month ago. I am masturbating since I was 16. The problem I am facing after marriage is weak erections. The foreskin also doesn t move during penetration. But before marriage I had strong erections even while talking to my wife over phone. But after marriage I am experiencing this problem. Whenever I try to penetrate through, my foreskin gives a sore feel and later after 10 strokes my erection is lost to semi erect state and we are unable to feel the penetration and unable to ejaculate. I am very much upset because of this... please clarify...

Hi
Thanks for posting on HCM
It sounds more like a psychological problem. You may not have any particular problem.Emotional issues can distract a man of any age from becoming aroused, and include:worry over not being able to achieve or maintain an erection, prolonged emotional distress related to economic, professional, or social issues, relationship conflicts, depression.
Erection problems in young men have more to do with their lifestyle and psychological climate than a physical problem.
Treatment options for erectile dysfunction may include: medications and/or lifestyle changes.I will advise the following:
-stopping tobacco use
-drinking less alcohol
-getting plenty of rest
-eating a healthy diet
-exercising regularly
-talking with your partner about sexual issues
-Avoid masturbation as over masturbation may cause hormonal mbalances that may result in weak erections.
If these measures do not help, you see your Doctor for evaluation and if need be, medications.
Hope this will help
Wish you good health
