Hello doctor can you please help me.my penis does not become erect when i want to have sex with a woman but when i matsturbate it can become semi erect also it can discharge sperm.i usually masturbate 2wice a day and watch pornography while doing so.i am worried because i cannot get an erection every time i want to have sex with a woman and even after masturbating in front of her i only get a semi erect penis.what should i do?what is wrong with me?and im not gay so is this a common problem?

first thing erection of penis is dependent on our sexual desire and thought , if u don't have any sexual thought after see naked women than its possible that u have sexual desire of other type. i will prefer for u that u shall try tab.tadalafil once or twice while make relation. along with u shall consult psychiatrist near by u.
