Hello thanks for asking from HCM for your health related queries
I can understand your concern. You are a young married male and have problem of
erectile dysfunction. You have tested for
diabetes and tests came negative so one reason for erectile dysfunction has been ruled out. As the problem is persisting for last 6 months in such case I would advise you to get your functional
testosterone levels done to rule out any organic cause of your problem. If the levels come normal then most likely the reason for your symptoms is psychological. Visit a
psychiatrist for expert evaluation and for treatment of this problem.
In erectile dysfunction medicines like phosphodiestrase (PDE-5) inhibitors as
Sildenafil,
Tadalafil etc are commonly used. These drugs help to improve erection when taken about one hour before sexual intercourse. If you are not on any drugs (nitrates) and have no history of
hypertension then these drugs are safe to use. Visit a doctor for detailed prescription of these drugs.
Some herbal medicines like Tantex Forte, Confido etc are also useful in poor erection. These are safe to use and also need no prescription and are easily available. When taken regularly these drugs help to improve the erection in most individuals.
Thanks, I hope this helps you. Take care
