Suggest Treatment For Erectile Dysfunction
hello my age is 42 married for last 18 years suffering from ed from last 2 months as i smoke and consume alcohol daily from last 18 years recently i am facing this problem and have blood pressure and i take tablet daily as i masturbate also daily pl help me to solve ed problem and ejaculates also early

Normal erectile function requires: (1) normal blood supply to the genitalia (2)normal nerve function (3) adequate supply of appropriate hormone
(4)absence of any psychological issues
Hypertension and smoking can affect the blood supply to the area. Alcohol use can also affect erectile function.
There are medications available that can help you with this problem. Eg are viagra, cialis and levitra

ED could be due to Psychological factors or due to actual physical problems . It is very easy and essential . If you get a good erection while masturbating but not while having sex then it's Psychological and you need to consult a Psychiatrist.
But even while masturbating you don't get proper erection then there is some actual problem in your body and it needs evaluation. In that case I advise you to get the following tests done and revert back .
Fasting and Post prandial Blood sugars, Serum Testosterone , Serum Prolactin, Serum LH, FSH , Scrotal Ultrasound.
Also let me know the which medication you are taking for your blood pressure because some of the medications affect erection.
Start doing Kegel's exercise as much as possible.
