Suggest Treatment For Erectile Dysfunction And Lack Of Libido

i m 45 yrl old ,ale.height 5 10 .weight 65kg.kidney transplant patient. Kidney doing fine.after transplant diabetes for last 10 yrs i.e. Immediateky After transplant surgery.three months back digonsed with prostrate.doctor prescribed tablet flotral 10mg daily.after 2 months of taking this medicine facing problem of erectile dysfunction and lack of libido.earlier it was more or less ok. Diabetes is inder control. Bp is also under cpntrol with medicine.i m also on immunosppresants(cyclosporin,azoron and wysolone).pl advice for sexual disorder.

Based on the facts that you have posted you have undergone Renal transplant 10 years back and known to have Diabetes and Hypertension which are well controlled with medications ..
The problem of Erectile Dysfuncton that you are facing is mostly due to side effect of Alfuzosin (Flotral )..

I would suggest you take Tadalafil (Cialis ) 5 mg daily and 20 mg on the day of planned sexual activities .

It will help to resolve the issue and achieve hard erection to have enjoyable sex .
