Suggest Treatment For Erectile Dysfunction After A Vasectomy

I am married and I have had issues the last couple of years pleasuring my wife... I can t keep an erection or even seem interesed when I see someone walk by that I would have wanted to talk to before. I have had a vasectomy awhile ago... What can I do? My wife is about to leave me over this

It is very unfortunate to here the impending separation from your side.
Vasectomy does not cause erectile dysfunction.
Sex is largely what happens between two ears (MIND)and not that happens between two legs. There are many possible reasons leading to erectile dysfunction. Adjustment difficulties, relationship problems, anxiety, depression can cause erectile dysfunction.
I recommend both of you to consult psychiatrist and discuss with him your problem. Psychological counseling will help you.
Medicines alone cannot fix this.
