Suggest Treatment For Epilespsy

I have brother who has epileptic . We consult dr. divte at K.E.M hospital Pune but he said that his brain is normal but after that every one weak he attacked by fits we are from poor family we never get any good dr. on this problem what can i do I want to see he is absolutely normal how can i get help for this suggest me.
