Your son seems to have intractable epilepsy. I would like to know about:
1. history of myoclonic jerks?
2. Mental IQ ?
3. History of birth asphyxia / developmental milestones

His doses of antiepileptic medications need modification based on his body weight and seizure frequency on current medicines.
Also need to look MRI finding and EEG for possibility of surgical treatment by epilepsy surgery.
