Suggest Treatment For Epigastritis Pain
Hi Doctor, I m a patient who s suffering from Epigastritis Pain. I m currently taking Famotidine 20mg and Dicyclomine 20mg daily. Before that, I took Lansoparazole 15 mg, 2 capsules at mornings and 2 at night. Still, my middle abdomen area is aching from inside. I already gone to the Florida Hospital last Saturday and they wrote these Famotidine 20mg and Dicyclomine 20mg to take for my symptom. But I m feeling still a bit aching.

Since you have persistent problem of pain in abdomen in spite of proper medication and visit to a known great hospital, I would advise you the following:
You need proper investigations to go to find the root cause.
Upper GI Endoscopy
CT scan of the abdomen.
Tests of blood, urine and stool.
These will find to get the most proper cause and hence the treatment.
Till then continue Famotidine and Dicyclomin to have proper symptomatic treatment.
