Hi,
Welcome to HCM.
Epididymo orchitis is caused by a variety of causes ranging from STD causes to Non STD causes. It may be epididymitis alone or orchitis alone and rarely presnt as epididymoorchitis. As far as possible try to diagnose the etiology of Epididymo orchitis with investigations in blood, urine, semen, Ultra sonogram and culture and sensitivity tests. Treatment differs according to the etiology. Then only the relief will be a permanent one. Fertisure in no way contribute in the management of Epididymitis. Get well soon.
