Suggest Treatment For Epididymitis And Balanitis

Hello. (Male 22 no significant medical history) A week after having unprotected sex I started experiencing urgency and balanitis. I treated myself with a shot of ceftriaxone (500mg) and 1g azithromycin. Symptoms dinished but didn t disappear. I then took a full course of amoxicillin/clav and didn t get any relieve. At this point I had started to feel a fullness somewhere in my rectum which I awarded prostatitis to. I proceeded to take 10 days of ciprofloxacin 500mg bid. It got rid of the prostate symptoms. But the balanitis and urethral discharge were still evident. Now my urologist started me on doxycycline but my epididymitis, urethral discharge and balanitis remain. This is day 3 of the doxycycline regimen. I ve tested negative for my urine culture and presence of bacteria, yeasts and viruses. I ve never had fever for this and blood work shows no sign of infection. PLEASE HELP ME.
