A blood test will check for bacteria in the blood; you could also request a fungal culture of blood to detect a fungal infection. The same applies to urine.

The tingling feeling in your hands and rectum are non-specific symptoms. Do you still have pain in your scrotum? If you do it is likely that the infection is still there. But, from your description it appears that your 'epididymitis' has resolved.
