Suggest Treatment For Epididymal Cyst In Left Testicles

I was diagnosed with an epidiymal cyst in my left testicle as well as varicoceles. I have had fertility problems in the past, mostly likely due to these issues. Am I correct in assuming that the varicocles would be the reason for my low sperm count and low motility because of increased temperature it may have caused? Additionally, the epidiymal cyst has gotten as large or larger than my testicle. I plan on having a procedure to correct the varicoceles. Would surgery to remove the cyst possibly hurt my fertility, possibly because of scar tissue formation post-surgery or because damage to my vas deferens post-surgery? Also, are there any not surgical or procedural remedies existing that could reduce the size of the cyst? I read that one patient, after warming and kneading his cyst, would apply pressure to it at the time of ejaculation. Is this something that could help to reduce it's size? Thank you.

Welcome to health care magic.

1.Generally the epididymal cyst needs monitoring with out any intervention - if it is increased in size up to testis size then incision and drainage might be planned.
2.It can be done as a guided procedure or open according to its involvement and extensions.
3.The cyst will generally not a cause for fertility issues - but since its quite large and it may give pressure effect on the vas.
4.However the most possible cause could be due to the varicocles - as its most commonly seen in the patients with the fertility issues.
5.The better option in this case is with open procedure, as the remedies may not be helpful in large cysts.

Good luck.
