Suggest Treatment For Enlarged Ventricle

My right ventricle is moderately enlarged and the right atrium is moderately to markedly enlarged. Echo cardiograms and a stress cardiogram reveal the problem but not its cause. Similarly, a lung examination and CAT scan have not revealed the cause of these enlargements. I have two questions: 1) What hospitals and cardiologists specialize in this disorder? 2) What additional tests would be useful? 3) What treatments, medications, and/ or surgery might be useful? I walk and run on the treadmill about five times/ week, for about 45-65 minutes each time and average about 5.2 miles per hour. Thank you. Jack

hello jack as per your question u have mentioned that your right side of heart is enlarged now this can be due to disease of heart it self or can be due to lungs or its vasculature, now us u mentioned that u have done echocardiogram but u did not mentioned about pressure of right heart (PASP or RVSP). in echocardiogram if ur right heart pressure is high which is usual in your type of patient then u will need further investigation like CT pulmonary angiography and right heart cath. there are tablets by which right heart pressure can be lowered like sildenaphil and bosentan but to be taken after proper investigation,
