Hello and welcome to HCM,
Grade 2 enlarged prostate with PSA level of 5.67 pg/mL is suggestive of benign prostatic enlargement.
The risk of prostatic cancer is always there, however, PSA level lower than 10 pg/mL keeps you out of risk zone.
Prostatic enlargement leads to urinary symptoms like urinary obstruction, urgency, frequency etc.
Thus, to alleviate these symptoms, surgical removal of the prostate is required.
I suggest you to consult your urologist for further management.
After surgical removal of prostate, regular monitoring with PSA is required.

Thanks and take care
