Suggest Treatment For Enlarged Pituitary Gland

I have co start headaches and they keep getting worse and worse I was told I have an enlargement of the putuitary gland and I have been having these head aches for 3-4 yrs and just getting worse I do black out and feel like my vision is getting worse I have SLE and still lactating I have a 5 yr old daughter which I stop breast feeding since she was 2 1/2 so I have been lactating ever since and I have had 2 miscarage a I need help should ? Could I get my putuitary gland remove ? Would my head aches go away? Will I be able to carry a child again?

It seems you have the signs of a Prolactin secreting pituitary gland adenoma.

I recommend the following
1. Serological test for hormones, especially prolactin
2. visual field examination
3. MRI for the sellar region
4. Endocrinological consult
5. Neurosurgical consult
