Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..
I have gone through your query and can understand your concern..
As per your complain swollen circumvallate papillae can occur due to a number of reasons
throat infection, oral infections,
post nasal drip, sinusitis,upper
respiratory tract infection, acid reflux, allergies etc..
The white appearing circle over the tongue can be an Apthous ulcer or a
canker sore..
I would suggest you to gargle with a numbing mouthwash containing Lignocaine..
Do warm saline gargles..
Avoid spicy and hard foods to prevent irritation..
Drink plenty of water and suck ice pops..
You can also gargle with antimicrobial mouthwash to prevent infection..
Take a
multivitamin tablet daily for 15 days..
In case of no improvement in a week consult an Oral Physician and get evaluated..
Hope this information helps..
Thanks and regards.
