Suggest Treatment For Enlarged Liver
my right side, id say about where my liver is, i feel like maybe something is enlarged and it couses discomfort and pain. when i smoke marijuana the pain and discomfort heavily increases, meaning whatever is wrong gets irriteted when i smoke or becomes more enlarged, so ive stopped for now but its still always there. anyone know what this may be?

You need proper clinical examination and few investigations.
You need investigations like random blood sugar(RBS),renal function test(RFT),liver function test(LFT), lipid profile,urine RE/ME,ultrasound of abdomen.Further investigations can be done if needed.
Ultrasound of abdomen is very important in screening.
Proper treatment depend upon findings.
