I hav endometritis .that is fluid in cavity .of 2centimetr.with lower abdominal pain.my urin analysis shows 20 40 pus crlls.but i do not hav fever.or burning sensation while passong urine.only it is hot do i hav to take antibiotivs.dr told to show to gyno

Pus cells in urine may be due to kub infection too i.e. kidney, ureter, bladder and urethra also.

Endometrial infections are also corrected by safe herbals and AARTAV SHUDHHI herbs. Means cleansing of endometrium and ovarian functions Ayurveda medicines. Slow but sustainable effect is achieved by herbal treatment.
