Suggest Treatment For Endometrial Cancer

It has been 9 months since I had a total hysterectomy for endometrial cancer. Stage 1, Vigo grade1/2. I have been experiencing pelvic pain intermittently these last few weeks, and they seem to be getting a bit more frequent. Is this normal? Should I be concerned? They are on the right and left sides, in the groin area. Thank you

Hi
Thanks for posting.

Endometrial cancer removed 1 year back does not require any treatment now. However, the new onset pelvic pain needs further evaluation. You need a gyne-onc evaluation and imaging of the pelvis with CT/MRI to rule out recurrence. If these are normal, then only symptomatic treatment is required.

Hope this helps
