Hi, Thanks for writing in. It is possible that she might have developed complications arising from endometrial cancer. The abdominal distension is possibly due to fluid accumulation and this is appearing bloated abdomen. She might also have developed bowel infection which is causing alternating diarrhea and constipation. You might try and give her more high protein foods with fiber content. This will increase the stool consistency and harden the stool. Liver involvement is a cause of concern and this is also to be treated with chemotherapy. Pain relief is important and adequate pain management. Please do not worry.
