I have been experiencing blood pressure readings which vary from high to low, meaning 98/54 to 140/91 and varying heart rates, both irregular and regular at times, meaning 53 to 112 and I have also begun to experience diarrhea with chest pressure and pain that comes and goes. I can feel the heart beats, both at times slow and fast with some episodes of it feeling as if it beats out of my chest, meaning you can see it moving my clothing in my chest area. This all happens at rest. I have lost weight during the past 5 months that was a total of 38 pounds within a months time back in march. I have multiple heart conditions; neurocardiogenic syncope, arrhythmia, tachycardia and mitral valve prolapse. When do I need to go the hospital to be checked out? At the onset of the episode the only way to describe what I hear is the sound an old television set makes when it warms up....it s a fuzzy sound in both ears. This morning I also had sweating on one side of my body; my left side. What should I do? and What should I tell my new cardiologist that I am seeing on Friday morning? Thank you for your help and guidance.
