Suggest Treatment For Elevated Alkaline Phosphatases Along With Fatigue

Hi I have had an unusually high alkaline phosphatase for a year now. And I am always fatigued. Also discomfort constantly in upper left abdomen under breast. Dr sent me to cancer Dr who sent me for an ultrasound. She said that high test result they look for bone or liver cancer. Liver was fine and bone scan only arthritis. However they found a 5.6 x 4.6 cyst on left kidney pole. But high blood enzyme still a mystery. Could this cyst be causing any of my problems?

Dear Friend, Thanks for sharing your question. Vit D deficiency can explain high enzyme levels and fatigue. Kindly consult an endocrinologist for same. Kidney cyst may be causing abdominal discomfort.
