General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi & Welcome.
I appreciate your concern for the raised levels of SGPT and SGOT.

Incomplete data like age, gender, any history of alcohol intake, body weight, any signs and symptoms of liver disease etc.

The raised enzymes are suggestive of some sort of liver injury apparently caused by alcohol intake, hepatitis, fatty liver, obesity or certain medications.
You need certain life style modifications like avoid taking alcohol (if you consume) fatty foods, fast and junk foods, sweet carbonated drinks, take home cooked foods, drink plenty of healthy water, eat lots of fruits and vegetables of course do not forget about regular exercise for about one hour/day.
Multivitamins (with Vitamin E) are beneficial in such condition.
It will take a couple of months for the raised liver enzymes to return to their base line values.

Hope to have answered your query.

A feed back is appreciated.
