Suggest Treatment For Elevated SGOT And SGPT Levels

Helo sir, I am 29 years old. my sgpt level is 110mg/dl and my sgot level is 50mg/dl and triglicrides are 93mg/dl and total cholesterol is201mg/dl only.and hdl level is42mg/8dl..sir please advice that how reduce the sgpt and sgot levels and what are the foods that eat and avoid

Actually clinical condition is matter here because the test report need to be correlate with this, here the underlying cause need to be treated and not the test result one can not bring the all the test report to the normal level on itself here the disease need to be treated for that the enzyme level if this is abnormal, hope this information helps, take care.
